Sigasiga Mockup Design Production offers Adobe Photoshop mockups delivered in PSD files. Our mockups will allow you to showcase your designs in real-life scenarios without having to create and photograph the physical product.

What types of licenses do you offer?

Our Standard License grants you a non-exclusive and worldwide license to make use of the product you have purchased from our website. Also, the use of any freebie product you have downloaded from our website is subject to the Standard License terms.

What is the license for freebie products?

All of the free products you have downloaded from our website come with a Standard License.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

You can pay with Visa and MasterCard through our local acquiring system MohoPay. According to our local legislation, we must accept payment in our national currency, the exchange rate of which to the euro is 38 UAH to 1 Euro. Therefore, you will see a very large amount when debited. Don't worry, it's still the same amount of euros you saw in your basket. We never charge more. If You can't pay with a Visa or Mastercard, let us know via email, and we'll send you an alternative.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of files are final. So sorry: we do not offer refunds for downloaded goods.

Can I get an invoice?

We attach PDF invoices for every purchase. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email once the purchase process has been completed. If it doesn’t appear, please check your spam folder.

Can I use this file without Photoshop?

The PSD file works with Photoshop CS6 desktop version and newer. The mockup is easy to use, following our simple manual.

You can also use our mockups inside Canva, Procreate, or any other graphic program, but there is NO automatic placement or layer for your artwork, nor are there automatic options to change the background. The frame where you can place your art will be empty. You will need to prepare the perspective and placement of your artwork by yourself.

Our mockups have realistic proportions and perspectives. Please keep in mind that the frame size may appear slightly shorter or wider due to the realistic angle of the leaned-back frame.

Why can't I pay for the order?

Sometimes this happens. There can be several reasons. First, Your card, which you are paying with, is not supported by our acquiring client. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard only. Another reason can be your location. If you are from Australia or South Korea, bank cards of these countries our acquiring cannot process either. Just write to us by email hey.sigasiga@gmail.com and we will offer you another payment option to be able to pay with your card <3
